Explosion-proof ground suite

Inspection robots for explosive zones

Quadruped, tracked and overhead rail robots, built on Ex-rated platforms, take over the inspection loops that put people in explosive gas environments: petrochemical plants, refineries and power grids.

Robot-first rounds

No one in the hazard zone

Routine rounds through explosive atmospheres run robot-first, with crews supervising from the Joint Inspection Center instead of standing in the blast zone.

  • Ex-proof sensing payload. Ex-proof PTZ cameras and gas sensors stream data through real-time edge computing on the robot itself.
  • Goes where the plant goes. Stair-scaling quadrupeds and pipeline-traversing platforms keep continuous plant mapping running across levels.
  • Overhead when the floor is busy. Rail robots patrol transformer banks and switchyards on a fixed track: out of the way, out of danger and never off shift.

What the suite watches

Faults found before they become outages

Every pass collects the same readings a technician would, at the same points, on every shift.

  • Infrared thermal imaging

Heat signatures across transformer banks and switchgear are captured on every pass.

  • ppm gas-leak telemetry

Trace-level leak detection reports concentrations in parts per million, continuously.

  • Edge-AI alarms

Anomalies are flagged at the edge and escalated before faults become outages.

The lineup

Every platform, one inspection loop

Tracks for rough ground, legs for stairs and grating, and a rail for routes that never change. Each one reports into the same dashboard.

Tracked crawler

Tracked inspection crawler

A tracked chassis holds its footing on gravel, grating and stairwell landings, carrying a raised sensor turret that keeps line-of-sight over pipework and tanks while the tracks do the climbing.
